May 1, 2024 Ontario Plastics is proud to announce that it has named David DeMallie as the new Engineering Manager. David will work directly for Ralph Barnes assuming his engineering duties. Ralph will remain in his capacity as Vice President. David has spent four decades in manufacturing with three of them in the plastics industry. Prior to joining Ontario Plastics, David was the President of another injection molding facility and brings a wealth of knowledge to Ontario Plastics in engineering and plant management. David will be responsible for project management, quoting, quality control, customer relationships, safety, among other things. “As a key part of Ontario Plastic’s growth strategy, David becomes part of the long history and legacy that has been Ontario Plastics in Rochester, N.Y. since 1945. He will be an integral part of the “4th” generation (1st non-family) ownership that aims to carry on the business into its centennial year.
